A Family Day Trip Planner That Plans for Your Family

You describe the day you want. We compose an itinerary built around the kids you actually have, the time you have, and the food you feel like. No tabs, no rabbit holes.

Most family day trip lists are written for someone else. The same museum that nine other blogs picked. The same indoor playground that sounds great until you realize it is on the other side of the river. The same five things, rearranged.

Partiamo Family is not a list. It is a planner. You write a few sentences about your family and the kind of day you want. We use those details, the ages and interests of your kids, your starting point, and what you are hungry for, to compose a real itinerary. One anchor activity, a meal nearby, a follow-on stop. Timing worked out so you can show up ready.

The picks are curated by hand and sharpened by smart matching. We are not turning out generic listicles. Every plan is a one-of-a-kind day, made for the family doing the asking.

Field notes on family day planning

What is a family day trip planner?

A family day trip planner is a tool that turns the day you have in mind into a real itinerary. Tell it who's coming, roughly where you are, and what kind of mood you're after. It works out which activities fit your kids' ages and energy, picks places to eat near each one, and lays the day out in order so you can stop researching and start packing the snacks.

How is Partiamo different from a family activity blog?

Blogs hand you a list. We hand you a day. A blog might tell you ten places that exist in your region. Partiamo picks the ones that fit your kids, sequences them with a meal break, and gives you the timing so the day actually flows. It is the difference between a search result and a plan.

Do I need an account to plan a day?

No. You can plan a day as a guest. We use a private cookie to remember your family for a year, and you can claim the account later if you want to save plans, share them with a co-parent, or get reminders. The first plan asks for nothing more than a sentence or two.

How does Partiamo handle different ages in one family?

We thread the needle. Tell us a four-year-old and an eight-year-old are coming, and we surface places where both can land somewhere they enjoy. Sometimes that is a science museum with a toddler floor; sometimes it is a working farm where the older kid feeds animals while the younger one rides in the barrel train. The plan reflects who is actually with you.

Can I plan a day in any part of the country?

Coverage is national, growing weekly. Some regions are deeply curated already; others are filling in fast. If we are thin where you are, the plan still arrives, and our team uses the gap to prioritize what we add next. Joining the waitlist tells us where to focus.

Will the plan include food?

Yes. Every plan threads a meal in near the anchor activity, walkable when possible. We weight picks toward kid-friendly spots that are not autopilot chains. Family-run, real food, room for a crayon request. Note dietary needs in your prompt and we keep them in mind.

How long does it take to get a plan back?

Usually under a minute. The planner reads your prompt, matches venues, sequences the day, and renders the itinerary as a single page you can share. If something looks off, you can tweak the prompt and ask again, the same way you might ask a friend to take a second pass.

Can I share a plan with my partner?

Yes. Every plan has a shareable link that works without an account on the other end. Send it to a partner, a grandparent, or a babysitter and they see the same itinerary. Links live for thirty days and can be renewed.
