When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and technical metadata such as IP address, browser user agent, and referral data.
We use this information to send launch updates, understand demand sources, and improve product quality and reliability.
When you plan an outing, you may choose to share your approximate device location. This is entirely optional and requires an explicit opt-in action each session. Coordinates are sent with your planning request to improve activity and restaurant suggestions near you.
Your coordinates are temporarily cached in your browser’s session storage for up to 15 minutes so you do not need to re-authorize on every search. They are never written to cookies, stored on our servers beyond the immediate request, or persisted to your family profile. You can clear your cached location at any time using the “Forget” control on the planning form.
